A proud Atlanta native, original owner Hazel Brannon began her appraisal career in 1979 in Wichita, Kansas. In 1983, she returned to Georgia
to continue her career, and in 1999 began
Appraisals By Hazel, Inc.. She retired in 2005,
passing the torch to her son, Duane Brannon Fant.
Duane began his appraisal career in Atlanta, Georgia, appraising residential real estate throughout
the metro area. In 1989 he left the field to
Complete his education, and was awarded his Masters in Philosophy in 1995 from Washington University in St. Louis. In 2002, after teaching in a university setting for several years he returned to Georgia to join his mother in the family business.
Duane Fant is a certified residential appraiser in the state of Georgia. He is committed to providing a high degree of professionalism to his clients.
